With over 30 years of global experience across North America, Europe, and India, I have successfully led enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives in financial services, banking, and insurance. My career spans leadership roles in multinational IT service providers (IBM, HCL, TCS), captive IT establishments (AIG), and in-house IT services (The Hartford Financials).

I have a proven track record of establishing strategic IT frameworks that integrate methodologies, tools, and processes to deliver high-impact application management services. Leveraging business outcome-based, throughput-based, and shared services models, I have driven technology-driven innovation, operational excellence, and large-scale program management.

In my current role as CEO of CyStar at IIT Madras, I am focused on shaping the center’s vision to advance research and development in cybersecurity, trust, and reliability. My goal is to foster cutting-edge research, industry collaboration, and technology-driven security solutions, creating an ecosystem that bridges academia, industry, and government stakeholders.
