Mathanan Kailas is a Chief Operating Officer of the Cybersecurity Centre, Department of Computer Science and Engineering, IIT Madras. Also Mathanan Kailas is a Strategy & Operations practice leader who has over two decades of international experience.He served at the senior level of operations in the Government of Ontario, Canada. He is relied on as a subject matter expert for customer facing operations and implementation of best practices. He has been in an executive advisory role to many leaders and clients on strategy development, process improvement and technology enabled transformation. Customer centric transformation has been a focus for much of his career with direct experience in I&IT Infrastructure.
