Kamlesh is a TEDx speaker and Co-Founder FSV Labs and Global Tokenization Forum(GTF). He has 15 years of experience in Software Development, IT Consulting & Blockchain Solutions. He is among the top 30 Influencers of Blockchain in India and founding member of India Blockchain Forum. He is LFDT(The Linux Foundation Decentralized Trust) India Co-Chair, and a member of the Hyperledger Technical Steering Committee (TSC 2021-22) drives technical directions of Hyperledger Foundation.He is also a Co-chair of the IEEE Blockchain initiative at the IEEE
Global level and Mentor to Blockchain start-ups incubated by Apiary a Ministry of IT India (STPI) India initiative and and advisor to Web3, tokenization, and CBDC start-ups globally. Advisor to EY India, GS1 India and consultant to IIT Madras for the cybersecurity,AI and Blockchain.
  • Completed Computer Science engineering in 2009 from SGSITS Indore, One of the premier Engineering institutes in central India.
  • Started my Software engineering Career with Mphasis HP Company and worked with Capgemini, IBM for global customers.
  • Started my Blockchain journey with IBM in 2016 and the up in the ladder to became CTO of Snapper Future Tech.
  • In previous experience working at IBM as a Blockchain Consultant where I was associated with various Blockchain Initiatives, including mentoring blockchain startups in the IBM Startup Accelerator Program and serving as a member of the IBM Academy of Technology
  • Led various Blockchain Communities like Hyperledger India, Hyperledger TSC, IEEE Blockchain, India Blockchain Forum.
  • My first TEDx talk in 2022 and Spoke in many global conferences from Technology, FinTech, Climate Tech & Academia.
  • With a passion for advancing blockchain technology, I play an active role across the Hyperledger community, contributing to the Climate Action & Accounting SIG as Vice-chair.
