How to Reach Us

By Air

The nearest airport is Chennai International Airport (MAA), located approximately 15 km from IIT Madras. You can easily reach the campus by taxi or ride-sharing services.

By Train

Chennai Central Railway Station is about 10 km from the campus. Auto-rickshaws, taxis, and public transport are readily available to take you to IIT Madras.

By Bus

Several city buses connect major parts of Chennai with IIT Madras. The closest bus stop is the IIT Main Gate.

Campus Access

Visitors to CyStar are requested to enter the campus through the IIT Madras Main Gate. Upon arrival, please proceed to the visitor’s reception for security formalities. Pre-scheduled appointments are recommended to ensure access to our facilities and meetings with our experts.
