Dr. Arshinder Kaur is a professor of operations and supply chain at the Department of Management Studies, Indian Institute of Technology Madras, India. She did her Ph.D. in Supply chain management from Mechanical Engineering Department, IIT Delhi. She has also worked as Senior Lecturer in Curtin Business School, Australia. She is co-head of FedEx SMART Centre at IIT Madras. Her research interests include supply chain coordination, sustainable and closed-loop supply chain, inventory control, service management, Business analytics, logistics & distribution, supply chain technologies; Blockchain and strategic sourcing.
